Heavy steel fabrication for reach stacker
In favor of ideal investment condition necessary for heavy duty equipment manufacturing, most of global heavy industrial giants have set up their manufacturing or supplying base in China, especially in littoral areas, where are also the main areas that Openex provide custom fabrication service from. We custom make legs, cross beams for Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane, body frame for reach stackers, and also other necessary metal parts and components. The processes include cutting, bending, welding, turning, milling, boring, and assembling, among which the welding quality is important, therefore MT and UT are widely used to make sure the quality of the welding on structural components.
We also produce steel shafts over 3meters, bronze bush with inner diameter over 540mm and wall thickness over 10mm, which are required to have relatively high precision for easy assembling. The two holes for the shaft to go through are required to have high concentricity，we machined the pair of holes with double sided boring machine.
The parts, components we produced for gantry crane are also exported to Australia directly. The quality feedback is good, so we are referred by our customer to his friend for other fabrication business.
