Mounting Tabs
metalized alumina thin film mounting tabs (shorts), which can be used as an alternative to moly tabs. These mounting tabs are metallized on top, bottom, and two side, allowing them to create wirebond placement anywhere in the circuit, to reduce lead length to minimizes inductance, or to match height.
