Extruder: High speed and excellent extrusion quality by adopting two sets of single screw extruders with high efficiency performance.It is a high speed and efficiency single screw extruder, the material of the screw and barrel is high-quality alloy steel(38CrMoALA), the surface of screw and barrel is high degree hardness, abrasion and corrosion resistance through nitriding handling can be service long life, the extruder adopts ceramic heating, Low-noise fans, high-speed hardness surface gear box, with oil-cooling system of a special slotted feeding sets, great output, low consumption, excellent plasticizing.

Cutting machine: Special saw cutting machine is designed for spiral pipe line. It can automatic cutting. Sawing equipment coordinated the synchronizer along oriented Column and pipe in the same direction movement so that it can finish sawing action.
Control system: Easy operation and high performance by adopting an advanced PLC control system.We can offer SIEMENS PLC controlling system which is intelligent control. Also we can offer ordinary controlling system which is equipped with SIEMENS electrical parts and Omron temperature controller. Intelligent control make the operation more simple.
