Waste Plastic Wire Drawing Machine
Waste plastic wire drawing machine is a special drawing complete equipoment, with high density polyethylene and polypropylene as raw materials, which forms the flat wire through heating, extruding, wire cutting, and drawing, and rollled by winding machine, then woven in the circular weaving machine.The machine can be used for other plastic wires processing after the corresponding adjustment.

1, It can use 100% reworked material, powder or granular materials to be drawn into flat wire.
2, The screw and cylinder of the extruder adopt 38CrMoAl alloy steel, which is nitrogen treated, the hardness can reach over HV 950.
3, The extruder adopts 20CrMnTi alloy steel made hard faced helical gear reducer.
4, The extruder adopts cast alumimum heating roll for heating, durable.in use.
