I. Introduction

1.The tube processing equipment is of new generation, which we have developed by integration of up-to-date foreign technologies in tube manufacturing. This machine is together with mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies, so we are the leading company of the machine for both aluminium plastic tubes and plastic compounded tubes. The machine is widely used for tubes such as for packing creams, lotions including toothpaste, food, medicine, cosmetics and etc. The machine is high automatic, controlled by PLC with the human-computer interface of touch screen.

3 with high frequency welding , it can produce laminated tubes of all specifications with firm and smooth welded seam.

4 it also can cut tubes according to color code or length.

5 when welding the aluminium plastic laminated tubes, the machine can entirely cover the exposed aluminium foils, ensuring the quality of fillins over a lone period of time.

6 there is alarming system on the machine, which is show on the touch screen. This system is safety and make the operation more easier.

7 the welding head can be adjusted 360 centigrade
