Q: What is the center of mind?
The center of mass is a special assembly for assembling machines for quick programming. This is also known as insert, Pick-N-Place or XY data. Some CAD tools will automatically generate this file, some are not, but you may need to modify the file, and then generate the Centroid file. The Centroid file describes the location and orientation of all surface mount components, including the reference identifier, the X and Y positions, the rotation of the plate, and the side (top or bottom). Only the surface mount parts are listed in the center of mass.
Q: How do you require shipping and marking of checked or ordered parts?
We hope that you can use BOM, manufacturer part number or customer part number, the number of the corresponding line number in any separate box marked. The preferred detail packing list allows us to count and check when you receive your parts.

Q: When will I start turning?
Due to the complexity of determining the turnaround time of the PCBA service, our policy is to start the conversion immediately after all components and PCBs are ready, and all PCB files (Gerber files / other PCB files, etc.), Pick & Place PNP files or XY Data or other format files), BOM and all other necessary data or documents / images / photos to complete our assembly work.
