A closed circular counter flow cooling tower (also known as an evaporative toweror air cooled cooling tower) is the tubular heat exchanger placed in the air cooling tower, through the circulation of air, spray water, and circulating water heat exchange to ensure the cooling effect. It can be used for medium frequency power cooling, mechanical water jacket cooling, water source heat pump group, air compressor cooling.

Fan

The ventilation system uses the evaporative cooling towerspecial aluminum axial flow fan, with anteverted design wind blade, streamlined inlet blowdryer;

advantages: low wind resistance, large blast capacity, low noise, good performance, high efficiency. Use closed low noise cooling tower motor;

advantages:small volume,lightweight,excellent performance,durable.

High Efficient Drift Eliminator

Made of PVC,the saturated wet hot air meets the drift eliminator, congeal to water drops and slip to the water collector,it can effectively reduce the fluttering of water,saving water.

Cooler

AOSUA cooling coiled pipe's design ensures high cooling efficiency. the design of the double pipe make the pipe with a compact arrangement, reduces the flow resistance of the air at the same time. This design also increases the water-loading, and effectively uses the coiled pipe. According to the material, it can be divided into two types:SUS304 condensing coiled pipe and red copper condenser coiled pipe.

Air Intake Grill

AOSUA's air-inlet grille is made by adopting corrosion resistance PVC, its function is to prevent dust and dirt to enter the unit, avoid direct sunlight and splash water, reduce a part of the algae forming, and easy to clean the sink.

Circulation System

Use a closed cooling tower pump with a big flow, low lift, high efficiency, low noise, low power. The water tank is made of 304 stainless steel.
