Main Uses of Isostatic Press Graphite
Heater for Czochralski monocrystalline silicon thermal field and polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace
In the thermal field of Czochralski monocrystalline silicon, there are about 30 kinds of isostatic pressure graphite components, such as crucible, heater, electrode, heat insulation shield plate, seed crystal holder, the base for rotating crucible, various round plates, heat reflection plates, etc. Among them, 80% of isostatic pressing graphite is used to manufacture crucibles and heaters.
In the manufacturing process of the polycrystalline silicon wafer of the solar cell, polycrystalline silicon fragments must be melted and cast into a polycrystalline silicon square ingot. The heater of the ingot furnace needs to be made of isostatic pressure graphite.
Atomic energy industry
Nuclear fission reactor (high-temperature gas-cooled reactor): graphite is a moderator and excellent reflector of neutrons;
Nuclear fusion reactor: graphite material with good thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength is used as wall material facing the plasma.
EDM electrode
