Vibration and Abrasion Resistance Tester for Automotive Wire-to-Wire

In terms of main parameters: The vibration frequency of the vibrating table is 10Hz, the amplitude is 6.35±0.25mm, and the vibration direction is horizontal vibration. The two support points for fixing the wires are located on the vibrating table, with a width of 280mm. The moving wires are located below the vibrating table. One support point is on the fixed table, and the other support point passes through a guide shaft with a diameter more than 14 times that of the sample. The distance between the vibrating table and the fixed table is 45mm. The friction support point is at the mid - point (10%) of the sample. One weight each of 10N, 12.5N, 15N and 20N is provided. When the wires are worn through and conduct electricity, the machine will automatically stop. The number of abrasion cycles can be set between 1 and 9999. These parameters define the specific conditions and operating specifications for the tests carried out by this tester.
