Micronized Polyethylene Wax Primarily Applies to the Following Fields:

Paints and Inks

Enhances paint film scratch resistance (pencil hardness test) and surface smoothness, suitable for matt paint systems.

Acts as an anti-blocking agent and degassing aid, improving the abrasion resistance and apparent adhesion of printing inks, suitable for high-solids inks such as flexographic and gravure printing.

Plastics Processing

As a dispersant in polyolefin masterbatches, it increases melt flow rate without compromising tensile strength or impact properties.

Improves external lubricity and processing fluidity in polyvinyl chloride (PVC), suitable for cable insulation compounds and profile extrusion.

Cosmetics and Hot-Melt Adhesives

Enhances pigment dispersion and lubricity, improving demouldability and surface gloss in hot-melt adhesives.
