For the ink industry, Fischer-Tropsch wax serves as a thickener for binders, optimising ink rheology, gloss, and abrasion resistance while supporting the trend towards environmentally friendly inks. In coatings and adhesives, it acts as a thickener and stabiliser by improving suspension and lubricity, such as enhancing application properties in architectural paints and water-based emulsions.
