designed by our factory is a newly-developed renewable energy equipment which can transform any Agro-wastes into bio-fuel pellets with high calorific value It can used almost all kinds of corn straw, straw, rice, wheat straw, wheat shell, bean straw, cotton stalk, medical dregs, tree branches, leaves and wood chips, sawdust, hay…etc.

1.Briquetting is a process where some type of raw material is compressed under high pressure to form a round or square briquette that can be used for heating purpose.

2.If the raw material is wood waste or agro waste, the lignin content is liberated under this very high pressure thus binding the material into a briquette with high density.

3.During the compression of the material, temperatures rise sufficiently to make the raw material liberate various adhesives that will assist in keeping the particles together in the compressed shape.

How Does Ring Die Wood Pellet Mill Work?

mainly consists of overload protection device, external discharging mechanism and pressurization oil pump lubrication system. The variable frequency and speed-changing motor is equipped for even feeding. The raw materials are delivered into wood pellet machine through a conveyor and then enter into a rotating ring die by a feeder, finally pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. Then the pellet will be out directly.
