Chinese AD/dehydrated/dried garlic flakes/granules/powder/minced garlic
1. Fresh sound clean Chinese garlic which has been peeled, cut root andcut to flakes, And process by hot air dehydration. The flakes could be chopped granules and powder. We could offer all the shapes you wanted.
2.The garlic products are natural white and have typical garlic flavor. The moisture is less than 8%. The packing of garlic flake is 20KG/CTN. About the granules and powder is 12.5 x 2 aluminum foil bags/CTN. Or the package could be done as clients’ requests.
3.The products should be stored in cool and dry area, sealed to minimized transfer and contamination. And the shelf life is about 18 months.
