IQF quick frozen ginger/sliced ginger/diced ginger/ginger paste

1.The fresh clean ginger could be checked, peeled, cut to desired sizes and be frozen. Different sizes of frozen ginger could be produced and offered. Such as IQF whole ginger, frozen diced ginger, IQF ginger strips and ginger paste. The ginger paste could be 20 g/ piece, 50 g / piece, 1kg/CTN etc. The packing of IQF ginger products are 10 kg/ CTN. Or it could be packed as requests.
2.The color of the ginger products are natural light yellow. The shelf life is 2 years. But the products should be stored below 18 ℃. And the cargo has typical ginger flavor.
