Nylon 6 Mother Yarn
Highsun nylon-6 distributed fiber mother yam adopts high speed spinning equipment. Its productivity is five to eight times of same kind of mono-filament. Those products are featured by low cohesive property and its distributed silk rate reaches 100%. Our company's mother yarnis widely accepted on the market because of smooth weaving and high cloth flatness and abrasion resistance.
Features of Nylon Mother Yarn
Produced by high-speed spinning equipment. At the warp speed (600m/min), the end breakage rate per 100000m is less than 3 times. The production efficiency is 5-8 times higher than that of the same kind of single filament.
