Column & Boom Manipulator Welding Machine with Rotating Roller
1. Structure: 1-base, 2-welding power source, 3-column, 4-boom, 5-column counter,
6-lifting motor, 7-welding oscillator, 8-welding torch and holder.
2. Machine structure is made of aluminum tube. Gantry movement is driven by servo motor, constant torque output, smooth running speed. The boom with strength ribs, boom and column adopt rectangular type rail, with large loading capacity and stable running.
3. Welding torch is vertical to the wheel surface. In order to meet welding requirement, welding gun can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn. They maximize throughout, and welding deformation can be reduced significantly. It is adjusted by ball screw, accurate adjustment and positioning.
