Technical Specifications of Rewinding Line
The rewinding line includes two stands, each with the function of payoff and take-up simultaneously. Two sets of wiring loop are offered, with the function of guiding the direction while wiring.

Mainly use as takeup for plastic extrusion line, high-frequency induction welder and other cable machinery.

Bobbin loading model is portal traversing column type structure, two pintles lifting are driven by two motor through cycloid pinwheel reducer, each pintle can lifting separately, and be equipped with mechanical and electric protection, there are addition pintle to meet different bobbin loading. Bobbin clamp and release driving by motor, and also be equipped with mechanical and electric protection. Loading/unloading bobbin very easy.
Takeup action driven by AC motor through speed-changing gear box to rotate bobbin, gear box is 4 grade speed-change, gear box use electron gear position, using PLC + imported AC inverter control motor rotating. Traversing pitch and bobbin information can be feed in control panel, PLC control with winding counting function, can automatically control tension, and automatically change position. Traversing action controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor driving gearbox and guide wheel, to control traversing pitch, cable winding orderliness, gearbox direct-connected to traversing shaft. Device has two functions, torque control and speed control, two function can be manual switching. Pay off function with Breaking device.

Low rotation speed: 0.5-5 circle per min, to inspect the cable surface
Each stand can be use as takeup or payoff. When use as payoff, put gear position of the gearbox to neutral position,
