1. The design of this servopress brake compliance with EU international standards. The fuselage eliminates internal stress by annealing and ensures higher strength and precision. All these MB8 series steel sheet bending machines are designed by SOLID WORKS 3D programming system and made with enhanced ST44-1 quality steel with the latest technology.

2. The MB8 seriesservopress brake electro-hydraulic bending machine uses CNC control system（Delem DA52S from Holland） to help increase your productivity and keep the lowest cost and lower maintenance costs.High quality and repetitive bending is obtained by using synchronized cylinders and valves.

3. The latest high frequency response hydraulic control technology, high speed, high efficiency and high precision.

4. Rigid upper beam runs on 8-point bearings with bending precision of +/-0.01 mm

5. Using fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control technology, bilateral gratings can feedback slider position signals to CNC system to control the 2 cylinders(Y1,Y2) running on the same frequency, maintaining the parallel state of the workbench.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

1. 4- axis Dutch Delem DA52S CNC controller.

2. Full synchronizationof 2 cylinders(Y1,Y1) with proportional hydraulic valve system and constant monitoring by CNC system to +/- 0.01 mm accuracy.

3. Linear guide rail and ball screw accuracy of 0.01 mm (HIWIN,TAIWAN).

4. Steel mono-block construction.

5. fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo synchronously controls the system

6. Standard electrics from Schneider,France.

7. Standard oil tube connectors from EMB Germany.

8. Standard valves and oil pump from Bosch Rexroth Germany.

Germany Bosch Rexroth fully-closed-loop electro-hydraulicservocontroltechnology & Spain FAGOR grating ruler: Slider position signal is feedbacked to the controller by Spain FAGOR grating ruler, then the CNCthe controller adjusts the amount of fuel tank by changing the synchronous valve opening size,thereby controlling the slider(Y1, Y2)running on the same frequency, maintaining the parallelstate of the worktable.
	Multi-function foot switch: Integrated Z1 & Z2 axes control.
Mechanical quick clamp: Improve the clamping accuracy, efficiency and safer.
