Description
The slag stopping ball is distributed with steel flowing groove on its outside. It drifts to get to the steel tapping hole. It is beneficial to the enhancement of the molten steel quality.

Application
To reduce slag carryover from the BOF.
Slag balls are made of light burnt magnesia, magnesite powders and shaped through presses. Slag balls are mainly used for the slag splashing, which can effectively improve the performance of BOF.
