single-stage vacuum transformer oil purifier
Sino-NSH-VF is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and double-stage vacuum processing. Comparing with Sino-NSH-VF,this series is more suitable for smaller oil quantity or smaller capacity requests.
Sino-NSH-VF is mainly used to improve the properties of insulating oils in electric power transformers and other oil filled electrical equipment. It can remove dissolved and free water, dissolved gas and particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special indexes of insulation oil.
Sino-NSH-VF combines vacuum flashing evaporation technology and delaminating gradual-close filter technology to reach best performance of oil purification. Meanwhile, by integrating thermal and vacuum, the breakdown voltage is improved, which can be increased from 25kV to over 60kV.
Sino-NSH-VF maintains an optimized structure and safe controls so as to meet comprehensive requirement of transformer manufacturers and service companies.
