MECHANICAL CNC TURRET PUNCHING PRESS MACHINE
Closed mechanical CNC turret punching machine/mechanical punching machineby the programming software (or manual) processing program, by the servo feeding mechanism sent the plate material to the required processing position, at the same time by the die selection system select the appropriate die from the turret, by the mechanical punch press machinesystem according to the procedure of punching, automatic completion of the workpiece processing.

Turret
lThe turret we use high strength wear-resistant materials-ductile iron, with the features of automatic lubrication and minimal wear.
lAdopts integrated cast thick turret structure after heat treatment to eliminate stress annealing.
lUsing special fixture processing in pair.
lTurret thickness: upper 80mm, lower 70mm
Worktable
We adopt brush and universal ball mixed worktable, can not only facilitate processing but also can protect the plate very well.
Feed mechanism
About the crossbeam, we using lengthened and integrated structure(up to 3700mm); after integrated turret press machine, suit for processing large plate, stable and safe.
About the linear guide rail, we choose "HIWIN" brand-wide seat linear guide rail which originally imported from Taiwan.
About the ball screw, we choose "TBI" brand large stroke ball screw which originally imported from Taiwan.
About the clamps, we using full floating structure clamps.
