Structure of Single Girder Overhead Crane
Single girder overhead bridge craneis widely used for handling materials in industries' workshop and warehouse.
The Single Girder Overhead Crane is widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks to lift materials. And its two ends are located on high concrete column or metal support. Single girder overhead crane is composed of bridge girders, end trucks, hoisting mechanism, an operator's cab or pendant control. The single girder overhead bridge crane is usually equipped with CD or MD electric hoist. The hoists of the single girder overhead crane are most usually run on the bottom flange of the bridge, and the bridge can either be top running or under running in design. Using leading structure optimization design of main beam of the single girder overhead crane under low gravity has the strongest stability and smooth braking precise positioning, which is used for the best scheme of light load and short span.
