designed and manufactured by Sinorock are a simple and economical means of rock reinforcement.Today Sinorock is working in every major
underground mining around the worldwide and we are very proud to be able to say that the Sinorock is the number-one scaler in China, even though we are competing with the largest and most well-known brands in the mining market.
Sinorock is a developer and manufacturer of advanced soil nail.Our soil nail sizes range from outside diameter 30 to 130 mm.Our soil
nailing products are characterized by uniform properties, close tolerances and small machining allowances.
Self drilling soil nail is made from a high yield micro alloy steel tubing. They are installed with the injection bored method. This
method involves pressure pumping a cementious grout while the anchor itself is being drilled into the ground. There are many benefits to
this method, one being the ease of installation. Because it is one step, and the grouting and drilling process are simultaneous, the
installation is simple and fast. Another benefit of using self drilling soil nail is that this method allows the use of smaller equipment,
meaning that it is easier to use hollow bar anchors and piles in low overhead, limited access areas where other types of bracketing
systems may not be an option.
As a service to our customers we have standard soil nailing program offering smaller order quantities and shorter lead time than what we
require on a standard production batch.
