Smart 32 Nucleic Acid Extraction Instrument
Smart 32 is a nucleic acid extraction instrumentadopting magnetic bead technology. Combined with Daan's extraction kit, Smart32 DNA & RNA extraction instrument can extract and purify 32 samples in 18 minutes. The user can edit experiment procedures, monitor experiment conditions, turn on and off the UV light disinfection functions through the touch screen.

Nucleic Acid Extraction Instrument Applications
Smart32 nucleic acid extraction instrument intended to be used for the extraction, purification of nucleic acid in a sample of human body in laboratory environment.
Magnetic bead is a simple and reliable method of purifying nucleic acid Under optimized conditions, nucleic acid selectively binds to the surface of magnetic beads, while other contaminants stay in solution. After washing and elution, purified nucleic acid can then be used directly in molecular biology applications.
Nucleic Acid Extraction Equipment Automation
Smart 32 is a nucleic acid extraction instrument adopting magnetic bead technology. Together with Daan rapid extraction kit, it can extract and purify 32 samples in 18 minutes. The user can edit experiment procedure, monitor experiment conditions, open or close the ultraviolet light disinfection functions through the touch screen.
Using the magnet stick on the lab chamber, transfer the magnetic beads adsorbed with nucleic acid into different reagents hole. Then use the stirring set to mix liquid rapidly and repeatedly, make the liquid and magnetic beads mix evenly. Going with cell lysis, nucleic acid adsorption, washing and elution, eventually it get nucleic acid of high purity.
