Ⅰ.Product introduction：FZB series fluorine plastic self-priming pump is designed in accordance with International standard and with the reference of non-metal pumps technology. The pump body applies metal shell with fluorine plastics as lining,Website:, all the overflow parts are made of fluorine plastic alloy and pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeves are sintered and shaped from metal inserts which are surrounded by flour plastics while the shaft sealing applies external mounted corrugated pipes mechanical sealing; the stationary seal rings applies 99% aluminum oxide ceramics or silicon nitride and the rotating seal ring applies fluorine fillers with corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced by cast steel for the sake of pump pressure resistance strengthening. This pump has many advantages like corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced ad rational structure, strict sealing, easy disassembly and maintenance, long service life, etc. The most outstanding feature of FZB self-priming pump is the self suction function which means the pump can lift liquid lower than the pump installation position with stable performance and easy operation. It only needs to fill liquid before using the pump for the first time, and then there is no need for liquid filling for the second time usage and all the future usages. The self suction height is from 2 meters to 4 meters depending on the medium density, so this pump is the best choice to replace the ponderous submerged pumps.
