Especially for extraction and feeding of easily leakable, flammable and explosive liquids, it is ideal to equip an explosion-proof motor with this type of pump.Working Principle:This pump adopts external mixing axial water-return pump casing structure, which consists of a liquid suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute casing, a liquid return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber and other parts. When the pump is started, under the effect of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid of the water suction chamber and the air within the liquid-in pipeline are mixed into a mixture of gas and water. The mixture then enters the gas-liquid separation chamber via the volute casing. As the speed slows down, the gas and the water become separated; the gas is discharged from the liquid outlet of the pump while the liquid is returned to the pump via water-return hole.
