Our alumina slurry used for rough powder metal polishing, provides an aggressive removal rate and controlled surface.

Another type alumina slurry used for final polishing of powder metal workpiece such as mobile accessories, provides a fast removal rate and mirror-like surface.

After precise polishing, powder metal workpiece such as mobile accessories can reach a good flatness and mirror finish.

ABOUT POWDER METAL POLISHING SLURRY

We have developed two types of alumina slurry for different stages of powder metal polishing. The first one intended for rough polishing provides a highly efficient removal rate alongside control over surface quality. The second type is designed for final polishing, specifically for powder metal products like mobile accessories, and results in a speedy polish job while providing a reflective, mirror-like surface.
