14 Pin Automotive Connector Housing
Langrun Electric as a player of the automotive electrical connectionsproducts market has obtained IATF16949 certification, all the 14 pin automotive connectorand housing Langrun Electric produced are base and comply with RoHs and Reach requirement.
The main raw material of 14 pin housing connectoris PBT and PA66. According to the different performance requirement, 14 pin automotive connector always made from PA66 or PBT. As a thermoplastic material, PBT has many advantages. It has excellent chemical and electrical properties, good dimensional stability, and can withstand 120 degree high temperature.
Also PA66 maintains strong strength and stiffness at higher temperatures,it has excellent wear resistance, self-lubricity and high mechanical strength. Some 14 pin automotive connector and housing are waterproof and dustproof, match with wire seal to prevent water and dust from entering into the connector to ensure the safe.

02 Insulation resistance
Insulation resistance is a measure of the insulation performance between the contacts of electrical connectors and between the contacts and the housing. The order of magnitude ranges from hundreds of megabytes to thousands of megabytes.
03 Electrical strength
Electrical strength, or voltage and dielectric voltage resistance, is the ability to withstand the rated test voltage between the contacts of the connector or between the contacts and the housing.
