REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER FOR AIR COMPRESSOR
The characteristics determined by the partial pressure of water vapor in compressed air and the temperature of compressed air are used for cooling, dehydration and drying. While keeping the compressed air pressure basically unchanged, lowering the temperature of the compressed air can reduce the water content in the compressed air, and the excess water vapor will condense into liquid. The refrigerated dryer uses this principle to dry compressed air using refrigeration technology, so the refrigerated dryer has a refrigeration system.

The refrigerated dryer sucks the low-pressure (low-temperature) refrigerant in the evaporator into the compressor cylinder. After the refrigerant vapor is compressed, the pressure and temperature increase at the same time; the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant vapor is pressed to the condenser. The higher temperature refrigerant steam exchanges heat with the lower temperature cooling water or air. The heat of the refrigerant is taken away by water or air and condensed, and the refrigerant vapor becomes a liquid.
This part of the liquid is then transported to the expansion valve, flows through the expansion contact into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid and enters the evaporator; in the evaporator, the low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant liquid absorbs the heat of the compressed air and vaporizes (commonly known as "evaporation") , and the compressed air condenses out a large amount of liquid water after being cooled; the refrigerant vapor in the evaporator is sucked away by the compressor, so that the refrigerant goes through four processes of compression, condensation, throttling, and evaporation in the system, thus Completed a cycle.
