Eccentric Reamer System Operating Steps
- At the beginning of drilling, the eccentric reaming sleeve spins out along the eccentric guide bit and begins reaming to ensure that the casing and drilling system advance simultaneously.
- When drilling into the right position, carefully reverse, eccentric reaming sleeve cycle, and eccentric drillingsystem from the casing pull out.
- The casing is pulled upwards and the concrete slurry or other filler is sprinkled at the bottom of the hole.
- Conventional drilling tools are used in the bedrock to reach the required depth.
