Hot Runner Control Modules
As basic unit of hot runner control system, consistent temperature control can improve part quality and reduce scrap. Hot Runner Controllers provide dependable temperature control for plastic injection molds, machine nozzles, hot sprue bushings, or any other application requiring thermocouples to monitor temperature. Practical, our interchangeable plug-in modules are compatible with Yudo, DME, Athena, Global Plastic Moulding Supplies, and other brand modules.
ow Does temperature controller moduleWork?
The temperature control module detects temperature of hot runner system by connecting thermocouple signal, and then adjusts output voltage according to PID parameter value after comparing with set target value. With the help of PID algorithm, the difference is quickly reduced to 0, and subsequent control temperature value will be stable at the set target value.The temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.5℃.
