REFOX RF20 Phone Screen Heating Seperator LCD Frame Remover
Refox RF20 Universal Mobile Phone LCD Screen Heating Separation Machine for mobile flat/curved screens front glass separation and frame removal. Refox RF20 360° rotation screen separator with dual-stage pump for LCD screen refurbishment without damage.
Features:
1. REFOX RF20 Universal Screen Separator, used to remove frames and separate front glass on flat/curved screens (with or without frames).
2. 360° rotation, easy to operate, more user-friendly operation.
3. Double-stage vacuum pump with strong suction to firmly hold the screen in place.
4. With precise temperature control to prevent overheating or overheating, providing safe, efficient and reliable performance.
5. Separate curved screen glass, separate Icd screen glass, remove frame to separate glass.
Operation:
For Flat Screen:
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Set the "BELOW TEMP" to 90C and press the "Downward Heating" button to start heating.
3. Place the silicone pad on the heating panel, place the screen face down on the heating panel, and press the "Downward suction" button.
4. Separate the frame first, and then separate the glass.
For Curved Screen Frame Removal:
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Set the “UPPER TEMP” to 80°C and the “BELOW TEMP” to 110°C, then press the "Upward Heating" and "Downward Heating" buttons to start heating.
3. Remove the separation silicone pad and insert the clamp module into the heating panel.
4. Place the screen face-up on the heating panel and tighten the screws.
5. Lower the Vacuum Suction Cup, hold the "Upward suction" button, and attach it to the screen.
6. Tighten the Suction Cup Knob to lift up the screen.
