Processing: blanking - deburring - flanging and tapping m3- bending - black sand grain powder(This surface treatment is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant and does not remove paint easily)
It is suggested that the iron plate must be surface treated or it will oxidize and rust.
In this chassis processing, we need to bend this product by our bending machine.
We have professional advance bending machine and we also provide the tool bending service. Those are according to customer needs.we offer OEM/ODM service.
Surface treatment: powder costing / Lacquer bake plating
Color: black/blue/ steel and so on.
Tolerance: 0.2mm
The paint temperature is 180 degrees
