LV foil winding machine for transformers
LV foil winding machines, which are requisite for dry and oil type transformers as well reactor and amorphous alloy coils production. The LV foil winding machines are used to wind LV coils with Al or copper foil strip for distribution transformer. Generally one foil or two overlapped copper or aluminium foils are most popular. For our machines, till now we can meet four overlapped copper or aluminium foil to wind together.
Round, oval or rectangular coils are available according to user’s requirements.
Welding unit can be TIG welder or cold press welder.
Touch screen adopts Pro-face (10.4＂) from Japan and 100 set of programs can be input and operation is conveniently.
PLC is Mitsubishi make. Main operation panel adopts suspension type.
All motors are variable frequency or servo motors. Operation is reliable and safe.
