The super wear-resistant and impact resistant ceramic liner (ZTA) is used as a wear-proof lining on equipment with large amount of material, large material and great impact force under the ambient temperature environment.
Our ZTA bricks can meet the requirements of Australian market.The thickness we can produce is 25-50mm, while is liner thickness is 37-65mm.
The ZTA product is vulcanized by advanced vulcanization technology to vulcanized the ceramic to the rubber or the ceramic rubber directly on the steel plate.The steel plate has the sinking bolt, which increases the firmness between the lining and the equipment, and ensures the reliability of the abrasion resistance and impact resistance.
