Product Overview:

Special powder coating for wheels (rims), a series of epoxy polyester powder coating products specially designed for the characteristics and requirements of wheel base and topcoat.

Coating characteristics:

—Strong adhesion

—Excellent leveling

—High air permeability

—Good salt spray resistance

Application:Suitable for automotive aluminum wheels and steel rims

Application parameters:

Curing time: 180℃~200℃, 10~15 minutes

Spraying method: High-voltage electrostatic spraying 60~80KV

•The above tests are all conducted on 0.8mm degreased and derusted cold-rolled steel plates, with a coating thickness of 60~80um. The performance indicators of the coating will vary slightly with the gloss.

Environmental protection requirements: This product does not contain heavy metals such as chromium, selenium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, lock, cadmium, etc., and fully complies with ROHS2.0 environmental protection requirements.
