Product introduction:

Transfer powder coating can form various patterns or patterns on the coating on the substrate through transfer technology. The coating surface has excellent decorative properties, excellent mechanical properties and chemical properties, and various special effects can be obtained by changing the “base material”.

Transfer mechanism:

The principle of thermal transfer technology is to use thermal transfer equipment to heat the coating to a molten state in a short time, so that the coating is transferred from one medium to another. The thickness of the coating after the coating is transferred is 50μm-200μm, and the coating after transfer will not have any adverse effects due to the thermal transfer process.
