Introduction

Epoxy-Polyester Hybrid Powder Coating: This type of powder coating offers balanced and superior physical and chemical properties. Epoxy-polyester powder coatings meet the growing demands of the home appliance, automotive, and industrial markets. They fulfill requirements for decorative coatings, low-temperature curing, easy spraying operations, and physical performance of the coating. Moreover, our development process ensures that our powder coatings can be effectively applied on various substrates.

Product Parameters
Application Method: Electrostatic spraying (50-80 Kv)
Recommended Curing Conditions: 180°C/20 minutes (substrate temperature)
VOC: Virtually zero
Bulk Density: 1.45 ± 0.05 g/cc
Theoretical Coverage: 3-5 m²/kg (film thickness 50 µm)
Storage Life: 12 months at 27°C and humidity < 60% (based on the production date)
