Special powder coatings for coil and pre coating plate is not only with simple construction,excellent appearance and one-step coating,but also easy to install and transport. Compared with the solvent coating for coil,it is with high usage,anti-scratch performance and environmental-friendly, no VOC exhaust, energy-saving, doesn’t need the roller coating and be cleaning,has advantages of extraordinary T-bend and MEK at the meantime.

1.Special powder coatings for steel coil and color pre coating plates are not easy to scratch and can guarantee good leveling performance under thin coating. This product is not only with excellent weatherability, extraordinary T-bend, anti-scratch performance,but also with brilliant resistance of organic solvent.

2.Special powder coatings for aluminum coil and color pre coating plate which with good leveling, excellent salt spray resistance performance, extraordinary T-bend and anti-curing performance, also has brilliant T-bend and impact performance even after low-temperature impact.

Product Application:

1.It can be applied in coil color pre coating plate including steel&aluminum coil color pre coating plate.

2.It can be designed to be 30m/min-100m/min fast spraying speed according to your requirements.

3.We can design the smooth, wrinkle, orange peel texture, sand texture, snowflake texture and silver powder etc according client’s requirements.

Application Range:

For its convenient application,high intensity, easy to clean and anti-impact performance etc, our product can be applied to steel coils and pre coating plate, for example, plant, house building precast piece, roof, wall,retail booth,container,isolated column,counter and door frame etc.

This product is also suitable for high decorative hardware surface coating for outdoor high-end metal furniture, industrial electric application, metal craftwork, lockset and audio etc.
