C9 antioxidant inhibitor STD-26
C9 antioxidant inhibitor STD-26 has the advantages of good thermal stability, strong water resistance and high thermal stability. It can be dissolved in aromatic and aliphatic groups and does not contain halogens and heavy metals.
Properties
This additive has the appearance of a red oily liquid, is alkaline, and is irritating to the human body.
Uses
This additive is mainly used in the de-nonane tower system of the ethylene unit, mainly used to reduce, prevent and remove the scaling of the system and extend the operation cycle of the unit.
Precautions
1. Injection amount: The injection amount is generally 20ppm-100ppm (based on the product). You can first add 100ppm, run for 7 days, and then gradually reduce to 30ppm-50ppm. Maintain uniform and continuous injection.
2. Addition method: This additive can be directly added to the system with a plunger metering pump, or it can be diluted with a solvent to a certain concentration of solution as needed.
Packaging
This additive is packaged in plastic barrels with a net weight of 160±0.5 kg.
Safety protection
Store in a cool and low temperature place, avoid contact with fire or heat sources. In case of fire, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to put out the fire.
