POWSIL-50502 Hydrophilic Silicone Softener
POWSIL-50502 is a high concentratedhydrophilic softener for textile.
It is an epoxy-modified organic silane Chinaemulsion, giving fabrics sio2 hydrophilic, soft and anti-static properties.

Application
POWSIL-50502 hydrophilic silicone softenerfor textiles can be used for cotton, flax and polyester fabrics.
Dosage: 3~8g/L (the original emulsion)
Residual water proportion: 65 ~ 85
Dry/Cure: 160 ºC for1-2min
Dosage: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f)
Liquor ratio: 1/10-1/20
Time: 15-30 min
Spinning & Drying: 160 ºC for 1-2 min

Packing and Storage
POWSIL-50502 for silicone coated fabric tends to be sediment on bottom during storage period. If the product is separated, stir the contents to homogeneous. If the product is frozen, thaw it at warm condition and stir after thawed.
To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at normal room temperature, preventing prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, which may cause product separation.
