Stripping Agent HB
[Brief information]
In high temperature and high pressure conditions,stripping agentHD is to prompt the fabric dyes from high concentration to low concentration or solution to transfer, suitable for polyester dyeing repair color, leveling and stripping.
[Main composition]
Mixtures of special polyether surfactants and solvents; Special polymer compound.

[Product features]
[Application]
High concentration product and can be diluted 1.5-2 times. Recommended dosage and conditions:
HT- HB: 10-15 g/L
Sodium hydrosulfite: 30-35 g/L
NaOH: 30-35 g/L
Time: 2-3 min at steaming
HT- HB: 2-4 g/L
Sodium hydrosulfite: 3-5 g/L
NaOH: 3-5 g/L
Temperature & time: 95-100℃ × 60 min
HD: 0.5-1.5 g/l
Bath ratio: 1:10 ~ 1:20
Temperature & time: 125 ~ 130 ℃ x 20 ~ 40 min
HD: 1-3 g/l
Insurance powder: 3-5 g/l
Sodium hydroxide: 3-8 g/l
