Sucralose
Sucralose is a white powder product that readily dissolves in water, ethanol, and methanol. It is currently the only functional sweetener produced from sugar cane. Its sweetness is 600 times that of sugar, and the sweetness is pure, very similar to that of sugar, without any aftertaste of bitterness.
