Coal tar pitch is obtained by fractional distillation of coal tar. It has better water resistance and chemical resistance. It can be made into shielding paints without using pigments. By adding aluminum powder, its anti-rust performance can be enhanced. The main characteristics of asfalt paintare outstanding water resistance, strong adhesion, low price, good wettability to the substrate.
