Detailed Description

Special powder coating for hub (steel ring), specially designed epoxy polyester powder coating series for thecharacteristics and requirements of hub bottom and finish

Coating characteristic:

strong adhesion

excellent leveling

high air permeability,

salt spray resistance

Application:

Suitable for automobile aluminumwheel hub, steel ring

Spraying method:

High voltage electrostaticsprayin60-80KV

Application parameters:

Curing time

180℃~200℃X 10~15mins

Recommended film thickness:

60-150 um

COATING PROPERTIES

The above tests all use 0.8mm pure aluminum plate with a fim thickness of 60 ~ 80um. The performance index of thefilm will change slightly with the difference of luster.

This product does not contain arsenic, selenium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, antimony, cadmium and otherheavy metals, and meets RoHS requirements.
