L-Epinephrine Hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt of the naturally occurring sympathomimetic amine with vasoconstricting; intraocular pressure-reducing; and bronchodilating activities; It solution show weakly alkaline reaction; In the water dissolved in avery little; ethanol; ethyl ether; chloroform; fat or insoluble in volatile oil; In the mine acid sodium hydroxide solution or easy;Soluble in ammonia solution or sodium carbonate insoluble in solution; By stimulating vascular alpha-adrenergic receptors; epinephrine causes vasoconstriction; thereby increasing vascular resistance and blood pressure; This agent binds to alpha-adrenergic receptors in the iris sphincter muscle; resulting in vasoconstriction; adecrease in the production of aqueous humor; and alowering of intraocular pressure; Epinephrine increases the force and rate of myocardial contraction and relaxes bronchial smooth muscle; resulting in bronchodilation.

4.Effect:
