As one of cbn grinding wheel suppliers, E-Grind has developed PG wheels for precision grinding in Electronic mold industry. E-Grind wheels are peferct suitable for slotting, grooving and profiling carbide & HSS workpieces to offer highly precision dimensions and shapes.
For precision grinding of molds, E-Grind use abrasive core(ceramic core) instead of normal steel and aluminium core for surface grinding wheels. It has perfect heat dissipation in deep feed and high stock removal rate process.
