Stainless Steel Premium Screen for Fine Sand Controlmainly consists of inner perforated base pipe and filterjacket.The filter jacket consists of inner shroud, inner drainage mesh, inner meshmedia, middle drainage mesh, outer mesh media as well as external stainlesssteel shroud.

Internal drainage mesh wrapped on the inner shroud, and provides even distribution of flow, it also has thefunction to support filter media.Inner/outer mesh media is able to meet the requirements of sand control for all sand with different diameters.Middle drainage mesh has the function to separate two layers of filter media, ensuring the accuracy of filtering.It also has the role to provide even distribution of flow for the media.

Stainless steel shroud has the role to protect media layers and drainage mesh when going into well or bearthe negative pressure.

Premium mesh screen consists of the inner perforated base pipe, the first drainage layer, the filtration media and the second drainage layer and out shroud.

The first drainage layer mesh wrapped on the inner perforate base pipe and provides even distribution of flow, it also has thefunction to support filter media.Inner/outer mesh media is able to meet the requirements of sand control for all sand with different diameters. The second drainage mesh has the function to separate two layers of filter media, ensuring the accuracy of filtering.It also has the role to provide even distribution of flow for the media.

The perforated base pipe can be carbon steel or high quality stainless steel, depending on project requirement.

The first drainage layer can be stainless steel mesh required to allow inner flow of fluids.

The filtration media can be stainless steel, dutch weave or square weave, in pore sizes from 60 to 250 microns.

The outer shroud is perforated or slotted, as required by specifications, in high quality Stainless Steel.
