General Description of Prepainted Galvanized SteelCoil
Pre-coated coil is a product obtained by chemical surface treatment (coating) of hot-dipped galvanized steel, galvanized steel coil or aluminum, followed by baking and curing.
the total thickness of the prepainted galvanizedsteel coil consists of the thickness of the base steel -- coating -- primer -- topcoat -- protective coating. The top coating is 10-25 microns thick and the back coating is 5-20 microns thick. The thinner the basic steel thickness, the higher the price of PPGI steel coil, because the processing cost will be higher.
