Automatic Conveyor line/system for Coating machine
it's connected to the coating machine，used to convey embryonic board,using the photoelectric switch to detect whether there has a coated plate of the embryo, if not , send the signal to the PLC,which operate the machine, convey the coated plate to where without coated plate. The total Power of Motor (KW) is about 3KW, The line comes with a motor speed control function can make the whole machine keep running stable. it solve the problem of manual delivery, hard to employ workers, and easy to damage the plate.
